Ana Lucia Lind
(President, CEO and Founder)

Ana Lucia has been providing strategic and financial advisory services and completing value-enhancing transactions for over the past 15 years. She is recognized as one of the most successful bankers in Europe focused on the Emerging markets, with extensive hands-on client and deal experience. She has pioneered many advisory services for Emerging Market-European Union companies and Emerging Market-America companies including restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and raising large amounts of capital. Over her career, Ana Lucia led billions in successful transactions including mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, spin-offs, public and private capital raisings, restructurings, privatizations and project financings. Prior to establishing Swiss Financial Engineering AG, she was co-founder and partner at scapepartners AG, where she developed the International Wealth Management business, M&A deals and business strategic advisory. Prior to scapepartners Ana Lucia served as Associate Director at UBS Bank AG in Zurich (Switzerland), and was as Client Advisor responsible for the Wealth Management of private clients in numerous countries. Prior to this position she worked for UBS Bank AG in Frankfurt (Germany) as Portfolio and Asset Manager managing more than 1 billion. Earlier in her career Ana Lucia worked in Investment Banking as Equity Sales Representative and Advisor for the Swiss Julius Baer Bank, the German privately owned investment bank Metzler Bank and the German Commerzbank. Ana Lucia helds an MBA in International Trade and Finance Management and graduated with honors.

 

Norbert Lind
(COO and Founder)

Before Norbert founded Swiss Financial Engineering AG he was Head of IT for the U.S. GMAC-RFC Mortgage Bank (part of GMAC Financial Services) in Germany. As such he was responsible for Data Management, Software Development and Project Management in compliance with the Regulations of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. Prior to this Norbert worked as European IT- and Project-Manager and was responsible for the Continental European-wide IT- and Project-Management endeavours of GMAC-RFC and established the Project Management Framework. Earlier in his career he had the responsibility for the technical and operational setup and the European application expansion of Creditweb Ltd., one of the leading Online Mortgage Brokers in Germany, the United Kingdom and France. Before that Norbert co-founded Bergmann & Partner Ltd., a company in the plant engineering and construction business, and was as partner and Head of IT and Operations responsible for the setup of the company's corporate identity and strategy, the business development and the expansion to a system vendor. Norbert helds an University of Applied Sciences Degree in Engineering & Business.
